Sometimes it can be difficult to interpret what we experience. Sometimes the photons coming thru our eyes are obscured, or a sound is muffled by distance, or a nerve may not transmit the electrons to cause the next neuron to fire and thus the cycle, the system loses its ability to communicate, to share information, and exchange electrons that are coming back to the brain in torrents ALL the time. 24hrs/day, every day of our lives. The same can be said for the force of gravity (the FOG). It’s constantly working on every cell of our being. It’s resisting our muscles and it turns out that it good for us. It turns out that the data shows that bone density goes up the more there’s pressure, muscle density goes up the more stress that it endures. These are fundamental elements of our animal evolution that can enhance our experience when studied methodically and w/ intention. The uThrones have an important role to play in anyone’s training and/or in their recovery. I’m certain of that, b/c everyone needs to have an aligned spine in order for it to share the force of gravity vertically, it has to bend and change its angles, that can’t happen unless the body is resting w/ the feet under the body’s center-of-gravity (COG) while the hands are above the body’s COG. That’s one of the beginning positions that’s held for just a moment, b/c in the beginning we aren’t trying to allow any one body sector, joint, bone, etc. to absorb ALL of the force. We want to awaken the ability to find buoyancy. To float and equalize the absorption of the ever present FOG. It pervades our world and every experience we’ve ever had and ever will. Respect its ability to shape ur body, and to shape U and ur identity. It can and it is. How do U want to direct that shaping? How do U want to breathe, how do u want to move. The slower U move, the more U feel. It’s like a computer: if U have different windows that are all using the processor, then what U’re working on will be slower. Right? The mind & body are the same — connect one thing, practice one move, then add another, and another, and another, until U’re using so much of urself to perceive that U surprise w/ how easily it can become an automatic response.

The slower U move the more information can flow. Flow slow my people, then flow fast.
